| Location: The main campus of Black River Technical College is located on Highway 304 East in historic Pocahontas, Arkansas, which has a population of about 10,000. The Aviation Maintenance Technician facility is located on Highway 67 South at the Pocahontas Municipal Airport; and the Fire Science facility is in the Industrial Park at College City. The Greene County Industrial Training Center is situated in North Industrial Park in Paragould. |
